A Not-for-Profit Scientific Institute
ICJRC is a not-for-profit scientific research and educational organization.  As such, ICJRC performs its duties on behalf of preserving the science of criminal justice.  While most consultancies and evaluating organizations, and individuals, are “for-profit” organizations who focus on profit making, ICJRC is a not-for-profit institution.  That is, ICJRC’s focus is strictly on research and consulting as a science, rather than a "job".
Also, the work of ICJRC is built upon years of real-life criminal justice evaluations and numerous consultations.

College and University Criminal Justice Program Development and Expansion
One of the focuses of ICJRC is to consult with Colleges and Universities interested in building a criminal justice undergraduate and graduate program at their institution.  ICJRC has assisted in the creation of graduate criminal justice programs and has also done a considerable amount of work in assisting these programs in trying to meet educational standards in the field, including helping design courses which follow the prestigious Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (ACJS) criminal justice course content areas.  This is necessary for additional program certification.
ICJRC is committed to working with colleges and universities in expanding the field of criminal justice by assisting with criminal justice program development and expansion.  Additionally, the Institute has direct, first-hand experience in assisting in the development of these programs, from the very first steps of student assessment to final approval by the College or University and finally, approval by the State Education Department.
For those interested in this service provided by ICJRC, please feel free to contact the Director of the Institute, Anthony Sciarabba, by phone anytime at (516-765-1060) or send an email to education@icjrc.org
Please remember that initial consultations by ICJRC are offered entirely free of charge, in person, if possible, at your University or College.  Please contact ICJRC if you wish to set up an appointment.
